Every song here starts in the same place: an open Bible. NRK Israel writes inspirational music that carries the words of scripture — sometimes phrase for phrase — into melody, so that what you hum on a Tuesday afternoon is the same thing that steadied you on Sunday morning.

What to write
- Where it started. What were you doing when the first song arrived? Were you trying to write music, or did it happen to you?
- Why scripture, word for word. Plenty of people write songs about the Bible. You set the text itself. Say why that mattered enough to be harder.
- One specific song, one specific story. Not all six. One. Which verse were you sitting with, and what was going on in your life that week?
- Who you hope hears it. Name the person — someone in a hospital corridor, someone driving to a job they dread. Specific beats universal.
- How it gets made. You compose, and the production is done with online tools. Say so plainly. Nobody minds; hiding it is the only thing that costs you.
